the red fruits an an excellent source of vitamin C, essential in the formation of collagen, which keeps the hair strong and resistant, preventing split ends and making it grow up healthy.

Spinach provides iron which helps to prevent the deficiency of oxygen in the body, avoiding the excessive hair loss.

Ingredients.

1 cup spinach

1/2cup of berries (blueberries,blackberries,strawberries etc.),

1 table spoon of chia

!/2 banana

1/2 almond milk or coconut milk

3-5 ice cubes.

Mix all the ingredients in the blender until it is liquid and enjoy.
